It was there at Resolut where Cesar Villarreal had the opportunity to represent the most important institutional, regional and local retail landlords and national retail tenants in the State of Texas. He then received his Realtor license in 2011 and Reliance was born as a team within the Keller Williams family.Īfter a few years of working together with his mother at Reliance, Cesar Villarreal was offered the Principal position at Retail Solutions, today known as Resolut, back then it was considered the largest and most important Retail Leasing firm in Texas with offices in Austin, Dallas, Houston, SA, and McAllen.
