I had a lot of audio glitching and I felt I couldn't rely on it so I scrapped it all. One was that my computer did not like it one bit.I guess my sound card was just not good enough. There are a bunch of YouTube videos about how to do this. The software way would be to use something like Voicemeeter Banana with an effects chaining utility using VST plugins. So there's a couple ways you can do this.
