How can we stop the random uncontrollable speller and grammar checks? If thats what is really occuring.
I havent started diving in to hard, figured I would ask the community first since google is not giving me any information.Īgain appears to occur entirely at random, and I understand how that could be annoying. I think we are dealing with something else here. I do not believe this is some sort of issue with her f7 key because when the dialogue box comes up she is unable to close it unless she hits okay multiple times, and at that time the dialogue will keeo opening until it finally remains closed after she hits okay. But even if you hit f7 you still need to go through the actuall checking in the window that comes up on the right side after selecting the spell check from within word. I replicated the dialogue box on my machine so I could see what causes it to come up. Does anyone know where the registry setting for the setting 'Ignore Words In Uppercase' in Outlook Grammar and Spell Check settings is located I would like to push this setting via a GPO preference setting to my users. User is claiming that at random the 'Spelling and grammar check is complete' keeps coming up in her Word 2016.
